Facebook Newsfeed ads question

Anyone know why Facebook Newsfeed ads do not deliver all your ads at an equal rate? For example, I create 3 ads. 1 ad will have 1k views and the other ones will have 5 views and 25 views..

Do I need to create NEW campaigns every time if I want to split test the performance of each newsfeed ad?

It's because FB delivers more impressions to ads that have a better performance. But, sometimes, when an ad gets an early click it starts getting all the impressions as if it were the best performer. The best way to solve this is to pause the ads that are getting more impressions to let the others run.

Williamsrs is right. I run a lot of FB ads and there are plenty of times when I make a new ad within a currently campaign and that new ad will never get any impressions. I even tried raising the bid and still barely moved so I had no choice but to pause the current ad so my new add can start seeing some impressions. Kind of dumb the way Facebook does this. I could be bidding double on my new ad but it won't get any action since I already have one which is doing good.
