Account verification in POF

Hi Warriors,

well last saturday i got my pof account paused in order to be veriefied. So i sent all the doccuments that they requested, but no one has answered since. Is that normal, to wait all this time?

    Contact either cyndi or Ben. Whoever your account manager is. They're usually pretty good at replying.

    That's not too bad. Remember their verifications dept is likely only open mon to fri. But I agree to reach out to Ben if you need help or to expedite.
