Run of Mobile App?

hi everyone in terms of paying for traffic what does it mean when it says

Run of Mobile App does this mean my ad is going to be placed on mobile Apps for mobile phones thus all my traffic will be mobile only and nothing else.:confused:

Could you copy exactly what it says? (Sorry, but couldn't understand...)
Running paid traffic can be varied....
What platform are you using?

Basically, if it the platform is dedicated to mobile apps traffic, then the answer is yes... your traffic will be mostly mobile...

basically its a PPC network when i can buy traffic on websites, and when i click to buy on a particular site it tells me where the placement will be and it says Run of Mobile Apps.

so im assuming there will be my ad placed on Apps. Thus sending mostly all mobile traffic.
