Best ways to increase PPV lander page CTR?

I have a landing page with my first PPV campaign getting me around a 3% CTR targeting related keywords, which is a bit low

I would like to get this up to around 10% is possible, I have a video that autoplays when the lander pops up, call to action tab is quite bland and small so maybe I need to fix that, how important is the "click here" button in relation to CTR?

Anyone with advise would love to hear some opinions

Very. Probably the most important thing.

Videos, audio, and images get people's attention. Call to actions, and buttons, get people clicking.

It's very hard to give advice without seeing it. Try different colors that stand out, try borders, try different call to actions, try different pictures, try animations, etc

I hate auto playing videos and click away or mute my pc. PPV is tough. Maybe try screaming red background??

You also need to keep in mind your keywords. If you are dropping a dating landing page on a keyword like "date", you'll be picking up traffic from things like "Important Dates" (holidays, calender stuff, etc). Are there keywords that are doing well and some doing poorly averaging you out to that low percentage? Relevant targeting + your angle on that targeting is most important.

I agree with others, that your Call to Action is one of the most important things. People need to be told what to do next in a clear concise way.

Hope you arent using shared hosting. If, then just get rid of it.

I am for this very moment as I have a tight budget and heard dedicated hosting is quite expensive, I'm not currently sending tons of traffic to the page so I think it's alright as of now but I do realise soon I will need to invest in it.

How much am I looking at per month for dedicated hosting?

You just need a VPS that will be enough, you won't need dedicated hosting.

Check out LiquidWeb's Storm SSD VPSs and BeyondHosting's VPSs as well.
