I have been with Payoneer(for cpa payments) for 6 months of which my last 2 months have been horrible. I got double charged by my ATM and contacted my local bank on the same. After some verifications with my back, I was instructed to contact them and file a chargeback of which I did immediately. 2 months later, they are yet to take any substantial steps on the same despite promising to do so and have case settled within 60 to 90 days. Feeling impatient, I have been following up so they can start the process and it was not until this week I got an email from them saying they have started the process(not sure if they have actually started), almost 2 months after. What pains me is that I have to wait for another 90 official days before I get back my money. Anyone here with a similar experience?
