i want to promote Ipad email submit by Youtube, i already have a videos uploading and ranked in search engines for Ipad giveaway. I will use Adworkmedia offers.

So where does their Email submit offer convert?

Is user just put thier info in the first and second page and it convert or they must complete the survey until the last page?

Your CPA affiliate manager can give you this answer as it depends on their requirements,some offer convert on first page while some convert on page 5 etc.

Typically after the first page, but you should always ask you affiliate manager to be sure. When these question come up, it is always best to ask your affiliate network.

As the others have said - contact your AM or check the offer.

Something to bear in mind, email and zip submits are usually shaved pretty harshly by the networks so use it for what it is - a simple way to make some quick cash - and not as a long term strategy.

If you are converting on the first page, you would't get as much $$$, if you offer isn't completed until the third page.

As everyone else has said I would contact the affiliate manger to find out more information.

yeah .It's bad.Usually an e-mail submit will get about 0.50-1 $ payout.It is really low ,comparing to pin submits.

Useally people dont like the pin submit because they dont want to lose 20$ .
