Clickbank withdraw problem.

Hello guys,
I have 76$ in my Clickbank account and i wanna withdraw this money but I don't know how to do that. I reached my threshold which is 10$ (I setup this amount), I got 2 different kind of sales(visa,paypal) and also 2 different credit card sales. From some reason I dont know if I can withdraw this money or not, and if I can so how to do it?

you have to have 5 different sales I am currently earning 5 000 dollar a month on clickbank I remember that first time I tried to cash out my money was wondering the same thing
