I've got a ton of LEADS, what do to with them?

Back in the day I sold cars. I set up several sites that would collect leads for me to try to sell to. Since then I'd completely forgotten about these leads, but just recently checked my email that collects the leads and I see I have hundreds of leads from bad credit to new car buyers. Granted, not all of these are "fresh" but I'm getting about 15-20 new leads / day....

1) What a professional way to go about selling these? I'd like it to be as automated as possible but don't mind manually selling them to start with...

2) How much do these type of leads typically sell for?

3) Is there a website script or service that will help distribute these leads?

4) Would it be a good idea to sell these leads to multiple dealers?

Where are they from? you have this info? all from the US?

I would personally prefer dealing with 1 dealer.

I would suggest reach out to all the dealers and in the area and seeing if they are interested. Most may not be interested in paying without testing the leads, so don't be afraid to give them a sample. They will likely only be interested in the fresh leads.

You could already try import the e-mail addresses into Facebook Ads, and advertising targeted offers to them.
