AD NETWORKS

I want to set up a PPC campaign to promote a CPA offer. Dont want to use Adwords/Bing/MSN coz of their too many restrictions.

Was wondering if there is any advertiser out there that has used any of these;

AdclickMedia.com
Advertise.com
Advertising.com
Adblades.com
Pocketcents.com
DynamicOxygen.com

to advertise products/services and what were the results in terms of traffic delivery and ROI

I didn't try any of these networks, try to use one, if you have a good offer for sure you'll have conversions with any network.
