what happen after visitor submit his/her email address

Hi,guys.

Can anyone tell me what will happen after a visitor submit his/her email address on a cpa offer page(it's an email submit offer,not second page or other difficult offer)?

1.to an particular address where I want to direct the visitor to.
2.to the subsequent page of original offer.
3.to other offer's page.

And,will my account be credited after visitor's email submission,no matter whether he/she complete whole offer including second page or something others?

    Typically, but if you enter your own, they may block your IP.

    Also lots of email submit leads get scrubbed.

    You should be credited after the email address is submitted, but there are a variety of issues why it would be:
    The email address could be already signed up to that merchant (a single merchant can own several email submit offers)
    The visitor could already have a cookie from that merchant on their computer
    There could be scrubbing
