How Do I get Impressions ?

Hi, quite simply I need to get impressions for my CPA campaign, now the comapanies Ive searched for on Google dont allow exit pop ups which my CPA offer has.

What If I use a banner and buy impressions for that, will that actually count as an impression in my CPA stats.

Basically what is the simplest way to get impressions to a site with an exit pop up.

Any advice appreciated.
