How to install proper202 ?

Hi,

I have a windows vps. But I don't know how to install proper202. I watch some videos but I don't understand. What things I need to install proper 202 ?

First, I need install cpanel in vps ?

    there's no cPanel for windows , cPanel is just for Linux . there's a software like cpanel called enkompass it's from cPanel , you can use it on your windows vps
    alternatively , I strongly Advice if you got a linux VPS with centos+cPanel as this will be easy for you , also you will find too much threads on how using cpanel and building your website

    If your having problems, get cpanel on your VPS, talk to your web host and get their help getting that on there, after that's installed it's pretty easy
