POF: Distribute evenly/ASAP

Hello friends,
I'm using POF as a traffic source, and I just noticed that on the targeting page there is an option : "Distribute evenly" or "Distribute ASAP", what do the two options mean? and what's the difference? and what is your recommendation?

Distribute evenly - You ad will be shown in slow and steady phase evenly
Distribute ASAP - Very fast deliver of ads, show when ever there is a slot

raiderremo summed up the meanings..

When I start a campaign I use distribute evenly most of the time, once I have a campaign going strong and I want the most traffic, I change to distribute ASAP

Distribute ASAP - Very fast deliver of ads, show when ever there is a slot

Is always the better option, best the test your Ads as fast as possible and keep the clicks flowing.
