Strange Referrer URL's BingAds?

Hello all,

For one of my BingAds campaigns I'm getting some pretty strange clicks coming from referrer URL's shown in my prosper202 stats that really don't seem like they'd be a part of the BingAds network.

Any chance these are fake clicks?
Or is it normal to have weird referrer links coming from BingAds?

    Are you using search or content network?
    Are you allowing your campaign on their partner sites too?
