This was a survey conducted by Mthink and I am not personally connected to them. I just found this and thought newbies could join the top networks instead of falling prey to fly by night networks....

Yes,

This is A pretty good list. I usually just try and stick with 2-3 there is so much drama concerning payouts and everything. I became more aware of which CPA network to join when all the drama about EWA and CPA tank when down and more like OBEY network etc etc.

  Those are all really great networks, I would also add Panthera Network. Not sure if they are as well known or not, but they have paid me out on time, and they have a lot of good offers.

I think I have to clarify. This isn't my list. This is from a website mthink.com who does a survey every year for the top 20 CPA and CPS networks.

Amazon and CJ are in the CPS list.

  Both networks allow new affiliates into their network, however, you have to have a solid understanding of CPA and how you plan to promote offers if you're accepted. Communication and passing the initial phone call interview is also important. Experience isn't the most important factor.
