Big CPA Sites Won't Touch Me

I've got a pretty big site, but I can't get any of the decent-sized CPA sites to look at me. I've been rejected by about five of them and one of them has had me in pending for almost two years. None of these places has any phone #s and, if they do and you leave a message, they never call you back.

By the way, I do pretty well with Adsense so I'm not really interested in the smaller CPA site, but recently the revenue has really fallen and I'm looking for other options. I'm in a profitable niche, so I can't quite figure out what is going on.

Anyone have any tips, tricks or superpowers that I could tap into?

What is your niche, ctr, impression count, etc... that will better help me send you in the right direction.

      Health and 500,000 page view/month.

Btw, I just applied to Hydra and Clickbooth and re-applied to MaxBounty. I never heard back from the latter last time applied, so hopefully I'll have better luck this time.

And Peerfly did not accept you? When you apply you are given the contact info of your AM.

I got turned off by PeerFly because I went to one of their sites and my antivirus program lit up like a Christmas tree. I was scared to go back. They've probably grown and matured since then though.

I have not experience that ever and if you do, just inform your AM and they will quickly take care of it.

Your other option if you can a good click through rate is check out other PPC networks as well.

Noted. Are you a PeerFly guy? Or just a fan?

Some of our links will definitely trigger antivirus software, but that's hard to avoid with popular campaigns. We are proactive with our clients to try to get this handed as quickly as possible

Sorry to be ignorant. Are they more CPC or CPA?

If your doing 500k page views/month then you should be going direct to advertisers. CPA networks are pretty much middle men with advertisers and you the affiliate. Its normally better for people with less volume.

PM me the your url, and specific type of health niche. I have connects to direct advertisers from past work in this vertical, and I can connect you to them. ( I get referral, you get a better payout then normal people that sign up.) The better payout depends on volume and quality of course. So I cant really make any promises. But they are pretty well respected advertisers on cb, cj, the whole 9 yards already.

If you show the networks your site and traffic then you shouldn't have any issues. I'd keep applying, get them on the phone and find out what's going on.

Thx. That's no problem. I'm actually registered with Quantcast for example and of course am also running Analytics.

Yeah, I'll try it again. I was thinking about it and my site has close to doubled in traffic since the last time I applied so maybe with a little hand-waving I can get some attention this time.

Just get in touch with them. If your website is fine, and niche is OK, then you should not have any problems whatsoever to be accepted from the biggest names. Im sure Peerfly or Maxbounty will get you on board.

I would Hydra was out of business.

But you just need to persistent, look up AM skypes on Google and contact them. That is what I did.

Never thought of that! So, basically, you just waited for that first email with their name and then googled them? That seems a little too easy!

      happyozzie:

Great info and encouragement - much appreciated. And thx for the Big Ten list. I'll go thru those one by one.

I really only have just organic SEO traffic and a pretty active forum, so there are no "leads" per se. So, hopefully, that won't be a turn off, because that's really all I have to offer.

Is the traffic your getting free or paid? If paid are you getting good ROI. It seems there are so many people struggling with traffic. Its easy to get burned and wast your money. But I've found safe swaps works. Once on the site it is good to check profiles and reviews (do a bit of shopping around on there to see where you'll get the most bang for your buck). This is highly targeted traffic from tier 1 countries mostly. Highly recommended. If I was a marketer without a conscience, I could probably make a lot of money compiling some clever selling, bullshit report on how to get the best traffic as there is obviously a need that needs to be filled here. But I wont do that, I'll just keep it simple for those that want to know,,, safe swaps is the way to go.

Yeah, that's the first I have heard of problems with Peerfly. I would say they are the most trusted network out there IMO

As far as getting accepted, just be very persistent
