How to invest in CPA?

I would advise not to invest money at all until you get some knowledge about how things work. Try some free methods like youtube and get an idea on what works. But if you want then you can invest a small part of money to test so that you can apply what you learn.

Don't take a plunge so soon. First try out PPC, CPM, CPC etc. and understand how they work. Once you get a hold of these, you will be in a better place to judge for yourself about how you should go about CPA. Use minimal money while testing waters.

Can I suggest you to deposit $1000 to LI and start PPV? lol

In my opinion, I think PPV is the easiest one compare to other paid traffic source.

Lol get ready for so much random ass information being thrown at you, you'll have no idea where to even start.

First off yes, CPA makes people HUGE amounts of money on a consistent daily basis(if done right). Secondly there are dozens of ways to promote CPA offer with paid traffic and the first thing you need to do is research a few and pick one you want to master. A few examples would be:

Mobile(the new big thing)
Desktop Media Buys
Search Marketing
PPV

Once you do some research on each you can pick one and from there you can start narrowing down traffic sources specific to that type of traffic and choosing offers optimized for that traffic as well. Plus we can give much better answers once we know what type of traffic you're working with.

Still it's hard to get enough information to actually build a profitable campaign for free, most topics like tracking(you'll never get a profitable campaign without doing this) and optimizing aren't talked about much because who wants more competition? You're going to spend a decent amount of money testing campaigns before you get the hang of anything, having a coach will reduce the risk and loss while pushing you in the right direction.

That is plenty of money to start with just make sure have a clear direction and do your home work. Most of the questions you asked beyond that can be answered if you do a simple search on the form, sorry not to sound unhelpful, but you should do some major digging and reading before throwing that kind of budget around.

To join a network, visit the networks website and fill out the application.
Picking offers are after you get accepted into the network, you can view all the offers in the networks member area.
Drive traffic - as you mentioned you can use paid traffic (some examples: bing, 7search, facebook ads, pof ads, etc)

Like I already said on some similar topic:

- Focus on one strategy and one only. Don't get overwhelmed with information and try a few various things. For example, if you lose $200 on some method don't just switch onto another method. Instead, try to tweak your strategy a little bit, change landing page elements, do A/B testing.

- Networking with other like minded people. Follow great inspirational warriors: Greedy, Kenster, William, Alex Jeffreys, PPC coach...you can learn more from their topics than you can larn from some fancy ebooks.

- Don't give up. This is rpetty obvious, but many people don't listen to this rule.

I would like to join the ClickBooth and several other networks but I am afraid they will deny my application if they realize I am completely new to this business. I mean have never even promoted a single product or lead any kind of campaign except for some products I'm selling on eBay

What are the chances that they will accept a noob like me to their network?

Also, I wonder why would I need a website/hosting like some of you said? What are they necessary for?
