Always a great feeling to earn that first money off a program as you know it's a sign of more to come. Now you just have to get into Facebook and find groups that would be interested in what you are offering and drive traffic to your Youtube videos and offers. It's onward and upward from here.

Hey guys! Thanks so much for your encouragement. It means a lot! Scaling wise, really alls I feel I can do is continue to make videos and keep promoting them to get more views ultimately creating more and more clicks and more and more conversions. I got another conversion today and the videos have only about 200 views or so. It seems like it could all work out even though I just started this whole system about three days ago! Thanks so much!!!!!!!

I also added 4 more videos to youtube in addition to my offer that has been converting so those ones just need to get some views and exposure and well see how they do.

The past 5 days I've had one to two conversions a day with still ~300 views on my videos. About to break the 10$ dollar mark within the first two weeks of CPA marketing with no money up front. I love YouTube. I think the biggest challenge is getting traffic to your videos. From there it seems to go smoothly it's just the traffic. Once the traffic begins to increase hopefully more and more conversions come in.

Hey guys,

Ive made 30$ so far. Steady conversions daily although they do fluctuate a little bit. I made 7$ this past Saturday and only 1.40 on Sunday. I'm still waiting for my videos to gradually pick up more and more traffic. I'm getting a 6% conversion rate although I think I am having issues with the country of the traffic. Most if not all of my videos (6 in total) are ALL US traffic only. As you all know, youtube is a huge source for a lot of different countries. As for picking new offers and promoting them, I find email submits to be the best on youtube so far although I am still very new to the whole game. 30$ in 2.5 weeks of startup is pretty good. My videos still have 301+ views so they need to keep getting more and more traffic. Right now I am just sitting back and watching it all happen1

I too made my first $1.20 the other day not via video and it wasn't my first conversion ever or anything like that but it was my first one through my new blog writing articles for cpa offers. The more legit ones ie offering downloads etc.

I know just how your feeling and just as others have said do 10 more videos on similar but different subjects and apply your magic! See how it converts with 10 and you will have a better idea of long term profits.

Have you thought about extra promotion for your video. Social bookmarking, posting on forums (not sure how good this is now I dont mean profile links but actually replying to posts)

If it were me Id be trying to get into a higher paying offer... if your stats are indicative of your actual average (its probably not, but for arguments sake) then you're going to have to work twice as hard generating traffic to make $3... 4 times as hard to make $6....OR you can just make more money off the traffic you are getting. Its not like traffic will just start coming, you'll always have to be pushing for it.

obviously this might mean creating a new video but id rather be paid more for the same amount of work...THEN scale to make it worth it. Squeeze every dime out of the traffic you have... its the hardest part of any IM venture.

I sort of understand what your saying although I don't fully believe it's true. For me, it seems the hardest part of YouTube marketing is making a catchy video and getting them to click the link to the landing page. Especially for me since I am email submit at this point, alls I need to do is convince them to want to enter their email on the landing page (legitimately of course). Now it's about driving traffic. The conversions are steady at a very low level of views so as I see it, as more and more views happen and more and more people share the video, the conversions should increase as well. We will see!
