Hi,

I don't know how to add different color for buyers to choice.

Anyone know how to do this?

  • You could send your campaign url and color options support@teespring.com but don't bother because they are too busy right now and they don't respond.

    One of my campaign has been waiting 4 days I think they can't handle this business modell.

    • I agree, Teespring customer service has been horrible this past week. I'm still awaiting a reply from a support email I sent them a week ago. It's like they all took a vacation.
  • Email them, once you get to a certain level you get your own account rep who is much faster.
