E.g You would advertise adult offers on adult traffic sources like ExoClick, JuicyAds, TrafficJunky etc.

If you are scared to loose your $200 you're not gonna make it, because you're gonna loose them for sure, there's 1% chance that you'll find a profitable campaign with that budget and especially since you seem new to CPA

My advice to you would be this :
1 - Read EVERYTHING you can find about cpa in here ( free )
2 - Read EVERYTHING you can find about cpa on affiliatefix ( free )
3 - Analyze what you read and search for what other people are doing
4 - Do not go on exoclick with $200, do not go on adult all together actually
5 - Save money to have $1000 to start with
6 - Register for an account on LeadImpact
7 - Install prosper202 on your server for tracking
8 - Ask your AM about good low payout offers ($1 to 5) that convert ( NOT zip or mail submits )
9 - Build 3 campaigns a day with $5 daily budget
10 - If a campaign doesn't have conversions after $5 stop it
11 - If a campaign has conversions build a landing page for it and let it run
12 - re-analyze and cut the targets (websites or keywords) that didn't convert
13 - Keep grinding!

Because $200 is enough to test on LI it's just that for new accounts now it's $1000min for the first funding!

If you have a tight budget right now perhaps you should look to solo ads, writing a blog, writing helpful articles in ezines that have to do with your niche, perhaps place banner ads in such ezines, to build your list first then after working the list you have built reinvest and roll up your advertising. CPA is all about testing and testing, if you lucky you can get $1000 from your $200, but if not lucky you will earn $0 from your $200

just start pick an offers at peerfly and start promote it using paid traffic, ( ppc, ppv or others) .. and you can start learn what is CPA and enjoy all the process, but if you afraid lost your money? you can start using free traffic , from youtube, social media, article marketing or blog (seo)

note: nobody will tell you here what offers that convert on specific traffic source, that gold mine for them...

To confirm, you're interested in ppc traffic? I'd say look into bing, facebook or 7search

Too much scrubing mate, these offers are very targeted by frauders so advertisers compensate their losses by scrubing across board, and you in the middle sending true leads that cost you real money to generate gets screwd !
Never managed to keep a zip-mail submit offer profitable more than a couple weeks.

I prefer short form lead gen offers, much more sustainable and easy to test

for example when I make $2000 to split
$500 in sitescout , $500 bing , $1000 in trafficvance and then to explode with leads and sales

I think this is the best way to make real money ... and to build the list

You can refer the facebook ads and yahoo advertising its best for beginners
