
So simple, yet often overlooked.
If you're having problems producing leads, think about how you're setting up your campaigns, are you setting them up with the priority on "how do I make money?"
If this is the case, instead of taking that approach, start with thinking "how can I help people", the best way to sell someone something (or have them fill out an offer) is to solve a problem. The customer often couldn't care less about your product per say, they will care about how and if it solves their problem. Also I will guarantee the majority of the time you will see better results if you are legitimately trying to help someone opposed to just trying to make money off them.
