Minimum Deposit is $200 and if you're country is member of the EU, you pay extra 21% tax if you can't provide them a VAT ID

you can have a better start with JuicyAds or trafficJunkye , self-served plataforms are definetly easier

Trafficjunky is good as well yeah. But I wouldn't use JuicyAds. They converted shit for me (Most of the clicks were botted).

Exoclick is self serve too mate, but it's true TJ is a bit "easier"

JuicyAds is hit or miss, either it's gonna be complete garbage or crazy roi% depends on the websites and placements.

JuicyAds used to perform awesome for me like 4 years ago. The traffic quality was great at the time, and it was difficult to even get impressions without bidding $.10/click. Now you can even pull a decent number of clicks out of tier 1 countries for bids under $.02/click.

That isn't just a fluke thing. Traffic quality has shit the bed on their network. Through my analytics software, and manually analyzing the data I get from their dynamic linking input on strange acting visitors on my landers, it's pretty obvious there are publishers clickfrauding the hell out of them.

You have the option to block nonconverting publishers if you find them, but even their blocking feature doesn't even 100% work properly right now. Try contacting your rep and they just ignore you half the time once they got your deposit in.

I'm sure there's still money to be made if you really grind it out, and hunt down the good publishers, but running RON campaigns with them right now is shit.
