How to quote your adwords client

Hello Guys I need help on quoting adwords clients I am new on accepting clients who wants their products advertised using adwords. Since I only done adwords for myself as an affiliate I don't know how to quote clients. Can anyone here help me? I would appreciate any help that I can get here.

    10 - 15% of advertising budget spend should be your fee.
    The logic behind that is they start small but if you're good they'll see a good ROI on the campaigns and will want to increase their budget, increasing your work and therefore also payout.
