Confused Newbie -> FB + Dating = Fail

Hello all,

I started a dating CPA campaign on facebook (not linked to a Fan Page) a few days ago. After getting 1000 clicks (iframe with offer page) to one dating offer (Mate1) and 600 clicks to another (Saucy and Sweet) I have zero conversions. All traffic from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand.

The counts are from my PeerFly account and I checked my Goggle Analytics and the average duration is between 1 min and 15 minute for most of the countries (except UK and NZ).

Is this likely an issue with my ads (pictures of women with text relating to online dating/meeting women), target (single, male, 25+, specific niche) or something else? (does the i-frame mess up the offer?)

Thanks!

no way to really tell why you failed without seeing the product.

best advice i can give, as someone who also dabbles in dating niche, is to just look at what your competitors are doing. copy what they're doing.

Wow dude. You need to step back a bit and re-think your whole strategy.

You're just throwing clicks at an offer and hoping it sticks. You need to set a conversion goal and if you don't hit it, then you need to drastically change how you're running the campaign.

From your post, it looks like you have almost zero knowledge on how to get a campaign profitable and you're probably going to waste your money.

I wish I could sit here and just tell you everything you're doing wrong, but I'd have to charge you a couple K's :p

If you really want to pursue dating, then you should check out Finch's blog. He has an e-book on running dating offers. It's some serious next-level-shit. There's some fluff you'll have to sift through, but there are some gold nuggets if you can read inbetween the lines.

My recommendation is to just stay away from Facebook for dating, move into to POF or promote a different niche
