ClickBank Newbie... need Free/Low-cost solutions

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums.
Sorry... I'm pretty sure you've heard this exact same questions hundreds of times...

I am 100% noob to Affiliate Marketing, let alone ANY type of sales marketing.

My current situation:
-- Not working (rather, lost job offer) after mother passed away and having to take care of my grandmother 24/7 with Alzheimer and a brain-tumor until I sell her house (get enough funds) to be able to put her in an AL or nursing facility.
-- Having to take care of 2 houses and a father in severe depression and health issues.
-- I'm only 27... very limited budget.

I've been looking at Affiliate Marketing for the past week or two, and I know most (if not all) are scams and "incomplete" systems (ie. Vick Strizheus' HTC/BIM or Tim Alexander's @#$%)... don't plan on purchasing any of that junk.

Based on what I've digested so far... in order to be successful in AM, you need:
1) "Targeted" SEO Traffic... lots of it
2) Good product/service to promote and sell
3) Good landing page(s) to collect mailing list for future promotions before redirecting
4) Good ROI and campaign traffic tactics based on specific product (ie PPC, CPM, JV, SoloAds, Articles/Newsletters, BannerMedia, etc)
5) Outsource work that takes times on places like Fiver and concentrate on ROI and future campaigns
-- Does this sound about right?

I plan on starting out with ClickBank, but might also move into Amazon and Ebay affiliate programs once I get the hang of CB.
I have a website business I want to start... but need the advertising/marketing experience and money before I execute that.
Since I have such a low budget and don't have a Web-host/Domain ATM, I was wondering:

Q1) Does Google's Blogger allow affiliate landing pages? (I couldn't find this answer)
Q2) If Blogger is a bad idea, should I use Wordpess, or another type of Free Web-host?
Q3) What are (10-15) good quality FREE traffic sites I could promote my CB product without being banned? (excluding Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and CraigsList)
Q4) If I'm starting with this FREE method, do I need to start off with writing article reviews and mass posting on places such as Ezine and GoArticles?
Q5) What are other ways of getting FREE exposure, other than Articles, SEO on search engines, Facebook/Twitter, and posting ads on forums (which usually results in Bans)?

Q6) If PAID traffic is the ONLY way to go about things... what are (10) of the cheapest PPC traffic sites that offer for 1-2 CENTS per click or less?
...(I know Google Ads and Facebook Ads are ridiculously expensive $1-3/click)
...(I also know, most people don't want to over-expose those kind of sites)

Q7) More tips/advice for this newbie?

I basically have no capital to "mess around with" and make errors when I go and test market campaign strategies on Paid Traffic, only to find I get the clicks, but not the ROI.
If I was working and had the little extra budget to spend $10-50 per DAY (even that budget is too high), I'd test those systems out.

Please help me out!

Thanks in advance.

I plan on starting out with ClickBank, but might also move into Amazon and Ebay affiliate programs once I get the hang of CB.
I would take a look into CPA Networks like Peerfly, NeverBlue, and MaxBounty.

If Blogger is a bad idea, should I use Wordpess, or another type of Free Web-host?
I would pay to get your own hosting. Even if it simple shared hosting, you can make it do for free traffic. Something like BlueHost.

Q5) What are other ways of getting FREE exposure, other than Articles, SEO on search engines, Facebook/Twitter, and posting ads on forums (which usually results in Bans)?
Youtube can work great, from there you can build a list and then promote a product on your list. It is a great strategy.

Q6) If PAID traffic is the ONLY way to go about things... what are (10) of the cheapest PPC traffic sites that offer for 1-2 CENTS per click or less?
I would stick with free if I was you, since you don't have much of a budget.
