Now, I'm new to the entire Affiliate Market thing... but based on some of the "Build Mailing List" and "Redirect" strategies... will I be able to host on HostGator?
(I must be thinking of vendor/publisher side businesses, not client/affiliate side?)

Little confused now...

The fact that HostGator allows Adult Content is great (unlike BlueHost), so I can see massive income stream potential there.
I've seen/heard so many Affiliate Marketers use HostGator... I'm assuming it's okay...

I've never heard of anyone having issues with them, what traffic sources are you interested in and how will you be using hostgator? (Direct linking? Lp? Etc?)

PPC = Pay to Click sites. Like NeoBux where you get paid less than a cent to click ads. You can host landing pages or sites you are running ads to, or run banner ads on your sites, you just can't host your own PTC site.

Banner Ad Services - Like if you tried to run SiteScout on their services. You can buy SiteScout traffic and sent it to HG, but you can't open your own banner network on there. This may possibly apply to heavy traffic media server software, as well, but if you were hosting that on HostG, you have no sense trying to run media buys.

Push button mail scripts - You can have Aweber scripts on your site, you just can't host mailing software on their services. Again, if you are running mailing software through a HG server, you probably shouldn't be mailing in the first place because you don't know what you are doing.

    Hey, thanks for the info!
I figured it pertained to "hosting" those services, and not "using" them like most affiliate marketers do.

BTW, what's HG?, 'cuz I don't understand what you mean by:
