Avast Is Blocking Maxbounty and Neverblue Links!

Avast is blocking all tracking links from Neverblue. I can't even open the Maxbounty hompage site. I have excluded MB and Neverblue in my Avast but the problem prevails.

This is very worrying because if I can't access the offer links, how do I know if visitors can?

I got 400 clicks yesterday and not a single conversion. This was a test campaign and it is very unusual to not get a single conversion from that amount of clicks.

Anyone else having these issues?

and if thats an anti-virus thats installed on your browser on computer.
It would not affect your visitors etc. it only protects your com.

Yeah, but couldn't visitors using Avast get the same message?

Yes, this would indeed be "sucky". Media-kings links often get flagged as malware which is why they are constantly changing their links.

I have stopped MB and NB campaigns until I get some definitive answers.

Adscend Media and Pointclicktrack links seem to be O.k.

This has been a problem for a while. It also happens with Trend Mirco Antivirus.

So, shouldn't this be considered a red alert, or something?
If I send 10,000 clicks to an offer and the links are being flagged as malware, this gonna be flushing money down the drain.

I would love to know what Network reps have to say about this.

I've been creating campaigns for 7 years now and adjusting to situations. This, however, is the first time I can't login to my preferred CPA network (even after exclusion from Avast) because it is flagged as a suspicious website.

Your answer also doesn't make much sense. So, I am going to choose a country where Avast is less preferred as an Antivirus program and hope that my offers won't get flagged as much?

That'll be the day! If I even think 5% my links are being blocked by AV's I will turn off the traffic immediately.

Ran into the same problem. Adding maxbounty to the exclusions list does solve the problem but if you want to see your ads you also have to add MaxBounty - Best CPA network for affiliate marketing programs to the list.

Note this solves the problem of you not being able to access Maxbounty of see any ads on YOUR PC. You are quiet right though, other users of Avast may get the same issue (only if their WebShield is turned on though) and not be able to see the ads, though it is unlikely all 400 impressions would be Avast users

Also, make sure your Avast is updated to the latest version.

          Hello everyone,

We've communicated with Avast, and our blacklisting has been removed. Please note that you might need to wait for another Avast signature update before you see a change.

I want to offer special thanks to the Avast team for turning this around so quickly for us.

I'd also like to offer my apologies to anyone who was impacted by this.

          Thank you.

I can confirm this. I am able to login now, no problem. Tracking links are not flagged anymore, either.

It seems Maxbounty is not the only network affected by this. Neverblue and adscendmedia's tracking links are also being flagged.

            Hello Steve,

I've had this problem for a long time now. I currently use Comodo Firewall and It always blocked Maxbounty offers when I try to see if they are working.

            Here is a screenshot:

If you could fix this problem it would be much appreciated. Thank you!
