Advertise on adware?

Hi,

I recently went on my friends computer who had tons of tool bars, probably adware as well. And I noticed a bunch of new ads, most of them being scammy, shaky, or You Won! 1,000,000th visitor!

I am wondering what networks are out there that I can look into advertising on?

The ones most prevalent with users on this forum are Traffic Vance, Lead Impact, 50 on Red, Addonnetwork, and Media Traffic

  Yes, many PPV and CPV method as listed above use this method to get traffic.
  
  Do to the nature of pop ups the traffic quality can vary A LOT so you have to make sure are on a quality network.

You can either advertise on their networks or you can start building your own network. Advertising on CPV networks can be tough because they are all being watched by ad sniffers.
