As I am a beginner. I have selected an offer from PeerFly as in the other thread I already you that MB rejected my application.

So I don't know what to write in the heading and the description of the ads?

Yeah, your best bet is to start with dating offers, but you can also try hookup type offers or even diet/health offers as they fit any demographic.

Dating works best on pof, I haven't found one particular offer or network to convert best, just split test and let the results speak for themselves
