Quick question regarding Teesprings reported sales

I'm running a campaign with Teespring and Facebook ads, and on the Teespring page it says 6/10 sold.

After a short delay of 5-15 seconds, the 6/10 jumps to 22/10. On my account dashboard it says 6/10 sales. When I click "end campaign" it tells me my goal has been met, and they also sent me an email saying that the campaign has tipped. So what should I believe? The 6 or the 22? I've only just added the tracking pixel so I really have no other way of knowing.

Anyone else experience this?

    I have the same problem. I received email saying campaign has tipped but when i check in ts site it says 23/25. What should i do, support is closed, campaign ends in 5 hrs.?

    When it tips, they usually charge the cards at that time. Sometimes it's a bit later, but it's usually when it tips and the goal is met. So at this time, if your stats show 23/25, that means that 2 orders were cancelled or didn't go through for whatever reason. As long as you got the "tipped campaign/goal met" email, your campaign should go to print.
