Register an account on POF

Due to my location I cant register an user account on POF, I have no idea what ads on pof and their LP look like. Can paid proxies solve this or a VPS? I use free proxy from anonymousX but seems like POF can detect that and prevent me from creating an account. Help plz.

never heard of anonymousX
you should be able to register with any US proxy
