Support VS Earnings

Whats more important to you? Ad Network Support or Ad Network Earnings?

Far too often do I hear people bragging about networks or comparing the one I happen to work at to other networks, and honestly most of them will not even respond to your support requests. Oh and if they do, good grief you are lucky if they even know they work for the company that you contacted. But people still stick with it because of the earnings.

What happens the day theres a problem and it effects your earnings? Or they deactivate your tags with out telling you, or they revoke your earnings because something you didn't know and didn't provide you any warnings?

It it still worth earning more? Or is it worth getting good support from a network who can be there to support your business as it grows and scales?

So the question is, what is more important Earnings or Support?

  • Support and communication. You can always ask for a pay bump and chances are they will give it to you if you are doing consistent numbers. You can always ask them to get a specific offer, too.
  • IMO they go hand in hand, good support will increase earnings and bad support will decrease earnings
  • I agree with the both of you. Good points. Far too often people overlook the importance of good support.
