Are Spy tools a good investment, for PPV spying?

IMO if your not making money yet, they can hurt more than they help. When spying the idea is to get ideas and modify them to make them better, when most people start and use spy tools they just try to straight copy them and often don't have success

If you have to ask you need to worry about learning the basics of driving traffic and creating conversion funnels...

Then you can worry about competition once you start seeing traffic yourself.

You can always install the toolbars yourself and spy for free. That is what I have been doing for years.

This way I'm not seeing the same exact campaigns as other as may happen via spying tools.

if you are not very skilled on the design you could use a ppv spying tool to copy some ads, study the copy structure, headlines, images that works, emulate the designs photoshop, learn the skill, you will need to pull up several landing pages or banner designs to split test properly

Greedys way works as well. We do recommend it if you have lots of time to do it and you are low on budget

This allows you to get your feet wet.

After a while when you will be confident with that and you will want to save some time you will go and try spy tools to make your work even faster and efficient.
