3 Months into 2014...

Almost every year at the end of December and beginning of January we have a post on here talking about goals and motivation for the new year.

It's now 1/4 the way through the year (3 months have passed), it's time to review our goals, have we hit any? Are we on track to hit them? Do we need to adjust them? Do we need to come up with a better plan?

I've hit a few of mine, on track for a few more, some have really fallen off. I'll be reviewing the ones that have fallen off and figuring out an action plan to bring them back to where they should be, I encourage everyone else to do the same, without a plan we lessen our changes of success dramatically!

    Yeah, I've hit some of my goals. Had a few roadblocks and potholes with some of my other short term goals. I'll be putting in the double-time in the next few weeks to get things back on track.

    I've made adjustments and have reset goals for the next 3 months. I find setting 3 month goals that will get you closer to your bigger goals are easier to handle.

    Since most people don't set goals, or let alone stick to them. They are basically driving in a foreign country without a map and with no clear destination in mind. You are far more likely to get lost and off-track.

    I find it's really important to plan, than going about it blindly thinking you know exactly where the target is.

    Goals are soo important and thanks to this thread i stopped for a moment trying to remember my goals, whats the reason i do what i do every day? i'm ashamed to say i barely can remember what i promise to myself, after im done writing this post im going to write my short term goals down and stick them into the wall where i can easily see every day where im headed, thanks chrisba

    Was hitting some revenue goals, but those have dropped a bit lately

    Still have a lot of things I wanted to accomplish that have yet to happen
