Flog Vs Lifestyle blog

People say flogs are bad and Lifestyle blogs are OK... But I don't really see the difference.

What makes one acceptable and not the other?

i dont have a problem with any of those really,
i like more the Lifestyle/Journey blogs (Marketing Niche)
i follow a couple of blogs with informal writing and posts about how they suck on some campaigns and what their mistakes were, which makes it soo much real for me, i like it, i dont feel like im being funneled to some offer
just my 2 cents.

what do you mean by Lifestyle Blogs then?

  I wont recommend using flog ever unless you want FTC knocking your doors , Lifestyle blogs are good as long as you are not misleading people and make everything transparent
