How are you managing?

Hi,

Currently i am managing 3 media buying campaigns with good investment and wanted to scale further a lot. But how one can manage all these campaings?

How are the top affiliates doing? i mean how many are you managing yourself? Do you guys hire anyone for managing camps.

I do hire graphic designers for making my banners & web designers for lp's. But the main part is managing? Do you share managing things with your workers?
I don't think its a good idea, but i cannot run by myself all.

Any suggestions?

After you reach a certain level, yes, hiring someone becomes a very interesting alternative. That's how I started my company, hiring an assistant to help me with some campaigns... then I got a few more guys, found a good partner and merged my office with his... and boom, one day, I had a company with several employees creating and managing campaigns. So, yes, I think that, eventually, you will need to hire people to help you keep your business growing.

      That is very motivational.

@nocturnal911 the first step is freeing up much of your time as you can. Hiring people to cook, or/and to clean has help me a lot.

Start with an assistant coming in 3 days a week, then scale up.

    Thats a simple question!

    How does one Manage?
    Answer: One does not.

Although your business is online, your body and time are still limited to the laws of physics.

The only way to SCALE your business is create "Systems" to govern them without your input.

This would double your outcome without doubling your Input.

But what many large businesses do is the delegate. But they don't give one party ALL of the info, they give 30 different parties 30 different pieces of info and hire someone to construct it.

This way the workers don't see the "Big Picture".

I would suggest you read Sam Carpenter's book (Work The System).

He does a great Job teaching the beginning of the "Systems Mindset"

From personal experience on the Bonadza platform, some of our bigger clients often have assistants that generally do the manual, more tedious tasks - campaign creation, creatives upload etc... Sometimes their boss would give them more responsibility - i.e manage the campaign, pause/resume placements, make creatives etc..

For some very big campaigns, I've seen instances where 2-3 assistants/employees work together to manage it.

So my suggestion for you would be - get an assistant. Since it can be hard to get a good and a reliable person, start small and give him/her smaller tasks such as creating the campaign. And gradually add more tasks i.e manage campaign performance, creative creation etc... So that you can see whether that person can handle it.
