1)What kind of specs do I need for my VPS?

2)I already have a 2GB Windows VPS. I was running GSA on it, so the IP might be on spam forums (it says "recently reported spam source" even though I used proxies). Just wondering if that would cause the site to be blocked by people's antivirus and stuff?

3)If I want to run GSA again (SEO) again say next week, would it be OK to host the website at the same timewhile GSA is running? (don't worry, it's fine if the answer is 'no' since I don't need to run GSA right now).
