The major of earners I see from incentive promotion are making their money using free traffic sources.

Also some will use scripts to replicate this promotion method to grow the campaign.

Agree with Greedy,big incentive guys are doing well with free traffic sources.
Actually,free traffic sources are not "free" for really because a bunch of those affiliates
are paying few hundreds bucks for SEO services,tools and similar.

  Make a guide about something for example.Show them first part of video and for other parts just send them to your site where "exclusive content" is locked.

SEO and youtube are best for the incentive promotion. Also if you offer very unique and quality content they wouldn't coming second time around and complete the offers again.
