Yes they work. The best payout varies, I am more concerned with which is offer is converting the best.

I'll research through some of my CPA Networks (Peerfly, NeverBlue, MaxBounty, ClickBooth, Ads4Dough, Convert2Media), and pick a few offers to test, really no other way to tell.

Maxbounty has a few. You could also search odigger and offervault to compare offers across networks.
