Your creative will pop your Destination URL in a new browser window that is 824x768 by default. If the user's browser window is larger than 1024x768, the window size will be 100px smaller than the current browser window on both the left and right sides.

Just keep in mind, it can often help to optimize pages that fit within the popup window but not always necessary. Don't be afraid to split test with lp's larger than the popup, sometimes they convert better

In general we find biggest success with CTA fitting pop size . But we have managed to advertise bigger blog posts etc.

In general it depends if ad requier from user to react fast or they are investigating whole thing but ye those are pretty general advices.
