What exactly does this mean ??

    don't promote that's offer with seo marketing, that's mean is. don't promote that's cpa offer using blog/website where you optimized that's blog/website to rank on page google search results

      Exactly my thought...Organic traffic is the most quality traffic yet How come they wont allow that...Confusing

    That means you can't promote the offer via SEO.

    My guess would be the offer creator, is growing the SEO on their own, and doesn't want competition.

        Why is that odd? The last thing a smart offer/product owner wants, is to see their own (merchant) website outranked by other sites which are just portals to their offer/product.

        Imagine how shady, unethical affiliates, could totally RUIN a company's (or person's) image, by using shady SEO tactics to get high search positioning; then, to top it off, they also advertise using questionable or unethical practices.

        ...All while the offer owner is ethical, and trying to avoid any negative publicity.

        Yet his/her website is buried in obscurity behind many pages in search.

        No offer creator really wants that.
