is promoting cpa offers using this method considered blackhat ?

hello dear members,
so i am obviousely new at this forum and to affiiate marketing as well.
so my question is this : say i have a competion between my website members( using the old celebrity vs celebrity method for example ) than i tell'em that the winning group will enter a competion to win a free ipad or an amazon gift card or anything.... then redirect them to the cpa offer ....
i got confused because i will be romoting something that actually romises them to have a winner, so is this unethical ? (although im 80% suure :p just need confirmation )

  • I won't promise the winning group an iPod, I would make it clear if they win they enter another contest to win and iPod.

    Seems like a lot of work on your end for a little return.

    And yes this probably wouldn't be allowed by most CPA Network (so check with your Affiliate Manager first), incent network would probably allow it though.
