Hello,
Fellow warriors,

Recently I am browisng Clickbank Terms and program policies and had found following terms which is as follow:

According to their Payout and Customer Distribution policies.

Customer Distribution Requirement (CDR)

ClickBank will withhold payment of any balance until an account shows a minimum of 5 sales using at least two of the following payment methods:
  • American Express
  • Carte Bleue
  • Diners Club
  • Discover
  • ELV (European Direct Debit)
  • JCB
  • Maestro
  • MasterCard
  • PayPal
  • Visa
This requirement is in place to help prevent Affiliates from abusing the ClickBank Affiliate program by using their accounts for the sole purpose of fraudulently collecting rebates and/or discounts on their own purchases.
Once you have met the Customer Distribution Requirement, your account will begin issuing payments normally, in accordance with our Accounting Policy, beginning on the next payment issuing date.

What you all have to say on it. if you are fail to comply it, you will not get paid and after few days your account became dormant and they start deducting money. So, Does it make any sense? waiting for your reply.

A high converting product gave me plenty of sales in CB, 3 months after promoting it. Since all payments were through Paypal (everyone loves Paypal!), I've got a CDR status. I waited for another 3 weeks, hoping for another sale, but I never had another sale after that.

For three weeks, they didn't deduct a single penny on my account, but after reading about it on another WF thread, I feared they might take a portion of my commissions. What I did then was to buy a $1 trial using my Visa on another product just to pass the "2 different payment method" standard they set, which totally contradicts what they want to achieve. I had no plan to be fraudulent, whatsoever, but now I had to. LOL

    My say: it's unfair.

I had no problem with the CDR status, this to avoid people from creating CB accounts just to get back a portion of the price they paid. However, they shouldn't steal the affiliate's money, assuming that the account is inactive.

No, it doesn't make any sense.

Since its only three weeks, they actually start deducting money after 180 days. So, Wait for few more weeks then see what happened to your account.
