I'm 100% certain your skin care CPA offer A) exaggerates its effectiveness to a ridiculous degree, B) gets buyers stuck in a very expensive continuous billing subscription that they can't easily cancel and C) uses deceptive language to hide the continuous billing agreement. Add to that, the only way you can get profitable with your skin care CPA offer is very aggressive advertising that either uses deceptive language/imagery or calls out people's insecurities.

Why would Facebook help you crap on their users like that? I'm not saying that I don't run rebill offers on Facebook, but I do acknowledge these products don't offer any value to consumers and always lead to a negative experience. It might not be technically fraud, but it's certainly not honest and respectable commerce.

If you want to run these offers on Facebook, you have to understand that you are inconveniencing (at best) their users and act accordingly - as in, fly under the radar or cloak yourself and be prepared for bans by having extra accounts.

Also, nothing you ever hear from reps at Facebook (and Google) is true unless you're a 10,000 a week+ advertiser. They don't care about you and they won't give you good advice - it's never worth talking to them in your position, so you should avoid it. The woman you talked to is just a phone-monkey with no knowledge of internal procedures.

Hope that helps, don't give up on Facebook, just be smarter about what you are actually doing and understand why you are hated by Facebook.
