[Teespring] When campaigns are printed?

My goal is 50. My campaign is tipped. However when tipped, t-shirt quantity sold only 30. Because It's is tipped, I can't request drop goal. Is the campaign printed? Thank you

    Wow, so 20 orders were cancelled? Do you still see a $ earned beside your shirt in the TS dashboard?

    If you do, then it should be fine and the shirts will print when your campaign ends. But best to make sure with TS.

      Only one order but buy 20 pcs. I send an email to TS but haven't replied yet.

        The drop in sales normally happens when your campaign tips. This is because some people who bought your shirt might have problems with their credit cards or might have cancelled their orders. But I normally just see 1 or 2 drop in sales, not this much. When this happens, I email teespring support to manually drop my goal to ensure that the shirts will be printed. They always accommodate my request within 24 hours.

    My campaign is ended. However They notice "This campaign is no longer available due to a trademark claim". I do not know what happened.
