Critique My CPVLab Settings - I'ts Not Working, What Did I Do Wrong??

I set up a quick direct link campaign yesterday for the first time using CPVLab and 7Search. I contacted their support and put in the info that they told me to, however, when I look at PeerFly's reports I am not seeing any keywords or subid's.

Here is what my PeerFly report looks like since I started using CPVLab yesterday.


Here are the settings that I have inside of CPVLab.


I plan on setting up more campaigns on CPVLab, but first I have to get these settings correct.

Any help that you guys can give me I would greatly appreciate it.
