Facebook Ads Account Blocked

Hello,

My Facebook Ads account is blocked, Reason is there was some problem with my credit card yesterday so Facebook wasn't able to charge the amount.

Then I added my another Credit Card (Mirror of the Main Credit Card, In other words, 2 Credit Cards but same account and holder). This card also faced the problem and Facebook Flagged my account because of this.

Now I want to know what to do? I tried to fill their contact form also (Facebook Ads Account Blocked Contact Form and Facebook Ads Payment Method Blocked Form). Both of the form sent me the automated message that they will reply within 24 Hours but till now I haven't received the reply from them.

They asked me to upload the government issued ID Proof as well which I uploaded while submitting the form.

Now tell me what to do? I'm very much scared.

Also tell me if this blockage is permanent then what can be the solution?

Thanks!

Haha You are funny guy. Anyways, I like FB Ads only... So I have to find some solution for Facebook Ads only. Do you mind sharing if I can make another account for Ads using same CC or I have to do something else?

      Please share, Thanks!

I would give it a week and then contact them again for an update. I do know they take ages to reply, so just be patient, professional and polite when engaging in conversation with them. They always reply, they do just take a bit longer than we all would like.

Any questions just let me know

There's nothing you can do. The second credit card failure set off all kinds of alarm bells that say "possible scammer.

If you come off to them like you are in a big hurry they will take that as an additional warning sign, Just follow their instructions and let them go through their procedures. They don't really need your money, and they don't want to be scammed so they would prefer to make a mistake in their favor.

I'm not making a judgement about you, just trying to advise you how they look at things.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

The blockage can be removed easily. If you have a scanned copy of your Government Proof, SSN, Licence or anything. You can send it to them. They will review that whether your the account holder. Then will release the account.

I know this is the internet, the 24/7/365 world, but they are also dealing with banks and financial businesses which mainly work 9am-3pm USA time Monday through Friday most weeks except when they can take a holiday. You may not get any response until sometime Tuesday USA time.

    I think from this point there's no reason for you to be scared of;

Facebook is a well trusted website; I guess reason is because of the cards that you have provided

triggers an alert that they need more info to have you verified

This has happened to me twice. Facebook blocked 2 of my advertising accounts for no apparent reason. It would be very hard to reinstate your account. Just move on and create another one. Make sure that you won't be using the same payment details for your new account. In other words, you would need to open a new account and use a new credit card that are not related to your blocked account. Then you can just add permission to your new account for you to access your old fan pages. I'm on my 3rd Facebook advertising account now and everything appears to be working fine for the last several months.

Yes, that's right! The same issue happened me also earlier. After that, I created a new account and used with another bank account!
