FB Disapproved Teespring Ad After 4 days-Targeted to Job Title?? Weird.

Has anyone else had experience with this lately? I've been running an ad based on job title for the last 4 days and it was fine and it got approved, but 4 days and thousands of likes,shares, and many sales later they disapproved the ad because it violated TOS. I've run a good 40 other campaigns that all target job titles but for whatever reason this was the only one that wasn't approved.....

Here is the message:

"Your ad wasn't approved because it violates Facebook's Ad Guidelines by using profanity or addressing the age, gender, name, physical condition or sexual orientation of people on Facebook. Learn more in the Help Center. If you believe that your ad follows our policy or you need help, get in touch."

I didn't scrape any audiences, I didn't put age, gender, or race anywhere in the ad...the shirt was targeted to both female AND male and didn't discriminate between sex, age, gender, or physical condition. No profanity- people loved the shirt and were sharing/buying it. I used ONLY the targeting feature on the Ads Manager....didn't use Power Editor or do anything shady.....

Is FB not allowing us to target to job titles/areas of study anymore???

Does this mean that they're not going to let us target by income or interests soon too?

What the heck is going on??

    If it's available to be targetted, you're able to target them.

    Nobody knows why your ads was disappproved, only Facebook can tell you. And it could've just been a mistake... so appeal the disapproval and see what they say. If you believe you're 100% compliant, then Always always appeal any disapproved ads.

    I've been targeting job titles as well and all of my ads were approved. Perhaps one ad reviewer made a mistake. It's best to contact Facebook support to clarify the issue. Or simply change the ads a bit and resubmit. Sometimes, it just depends on the person reviewing your ads.

    I would agree with previous poster. Trial and error and who is reviewing your ads make all the difference. If Ppl are having a bad hair-day on FB and G and you will feel it. That's just my opinion.
