I have been told recently that facebook have added a new form of advertising called per per lead were they only charge you for an action being completed, is this true?
#ad networks (cpm/cpl, display) #facebook #lead #pay
  • That would be news to me as it would shake up the CPL industry quite a bit. I haven't heard anything but if anyone did, please do tell.

  • Who told you this? I have seen anything yet.
  • No way facebook will implement this...
  • Also haven't heard anything about this and that type of news gets around pretty quick in this industry.
  • is this true?

OMG, this would be killer.....but maybe just a hoax from OP.

Anyone confirm this?? I nearly dropped a load in my pants when I read. LOL. haha.

Maybe OP meant the conversion pixel, which means you only pay facebook when you get a sale or conversion....NOT A LEAD!! This is not that cheap, its more like facebook being your affiliate. Can work out quite expensive....but worth a test.

STill trying to work out if OP is just starting a rumor, or its some little pimply face ' facebook employee' who is posting on the good old warrior forum...spilling the beans. LOL *winks* ;-)
  • Also haven’t heard about it. If they really added it, that would be a major industry shaker.

  • Till last week i haven't seen anything as such because i paid for per likes and the same Boost post offer were available so far. I set a per day budget and for likes or boost that's it.

    • Is there a link or an article about this that is credible. I have search the net but nothing that I could trust, nothing that was much relevant. Would appreciate more info on this as well!
  • I also haven't heard anything like this..
  • Ocpm bidding for website conversions with your tracking pixel on your thank you page would be paying per lead if a thank you page view meant you had a lead
