    I would say if you are very new and having trouble signing up to different places then start with incentive based CPA networks such as Adscent Media. Then you can use those references to get into other networks.

    Even though I would definitely give MaxBounty and Peerfly a try they are very understanding if you show them that you are interested in actually generating traffic and doing it the right way.

    Might take a phone call or two but you should be fine - so final answer is MaxBounty, Peerfly but if for some reason they turn you down start with Adscent since they are very lenient.

      MaxBounty offers weekly payments once you've reached a $100 threshold.

      As far as niches we have a lot of great dating and biz opp offers but offer a wide variety of campaigns in many other niches as well.

      Look at MaxBounty, Peerfly and Neverblue. I think most of them have weekly payouts. Do your due diligence on the companies, apply and call them before they call you to get accepted sooner. If you have any questions, write them down and address them, when they call... Good Luck!!

    I wouldn't say there's 1 that's the best, every network has their pro's and con's to what you're goal is in marketing. Don't just have them interview you when signing up, write down questions you want to know about the network and how they can benefit you and make you money, ask them that and see which gives the best response.
